Moonya Community Services Inc. supports the needs of adults with a disability within Moonya Support Services.

           

Moonya Support Services offers a wide variety of programs tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Through Person Centred Plans (PCP's), a consultative process takes place in which a plan is established that best serve the needs and enhance the skills of each client. Ongoing support is identified which is provided by trained staff who have access to a wide variety of aids.

Moonya Support Services is located in Wonthaggi, Victoria and is well positioned to provide its service to the South Gippsland region.
